Global robotics integrator wins ‘Best Partnership’ for expanding access to EdTech Across America

DALLAS (April 2, 2024) – RobotLAB, an award-winning robotics integrator that brings compelling technology innovations and solutions to educators and business owners worldwide, has been awarded “Best Partnership” in the EdTech Chronicle 2023 Best in Education Awards for its transformative partnership with the American Samoa Department of Education. The inaugural “Beast” awards recognize people and partnerships that are improving access to education and learning technologies around the world. RobotLAB’s partnership with the American Samoa Department of Education, signed in late 2023, has provided educational technology solutions for all K-12 public schools in the island nation, including special educational packages for schools that offer autism therapy. Programs expose students to age-appropriate technology and promote mastery of computer science, artificial intelligence, automation, STEM and robotics.

After thorough program development, on-site training and implementation RobotLAB STOP programs were officially introduced to American Samoa public schools in early 2024. Each program has been tailored by RobotLAB’s experienced robotics and education specialists for different levels so that teachers have the right robots and lesson plans for their students. Enclosed in mobility carts, the programs span classrooms of up to 24 students, each containing three age-specific product packages consisting of humanoid robots, virtual reality headsets and more. With inclusivity and accessibility in mind, RobotLAB also provided robots, virtual reality equipment, projected reality stations and lesson plans designed for special school students with different learning needs.
